Well I cant' call it a political comic if it's only about the weather, can I? But yes, here's another Oz-themed comic about all the tornadoes hitting much of the United States, this time specifically Pennsylvania, from John Cole at the Scranton Times Tribune. Let's hope we don't have too many more cartoons like this this year!
