Actually, it would probably be more accurate to call this "Today's Oz Meteorological Cartoon", as Pat Bagley of the Salt Lake Tribune has something to say about the weather. This is not the first cartoon I've ever seen on the topic, but this takes it in a different direction than most others, and is one of the best I've seen.
