Strictly speaking, this is not today's comic, but from last week. And I didn't spot it. Longtime Oz fan and charter member of the International Wizard of Oz Club Ruth Berman, however, alerted me to this cartoon by Steve Sack in the Minneapolis Star-Tribune.
