My man in Japan, Michael-sensei, discovered today's edition of Half Full and wonders if this is an Ozzy witch, based on her stockings. I pointed out that the Wicked Witch of the East's iconic stockings, seen underneath Dorothy's house, were black and white, not red and white as seen in the lower panel. So while I'm not entirely convinced that this is an Oz cartoon, it's got enough indicators that I'm willing to show it here. (I'm not sure I'd feel the same way about the black and white version, however.)
