Oz in Jeopardy! Tournament Edition

This past week, the annual Teen Tournament wrapped up on Jeopardy! And there was not one, but two Oz clues in the tournament as well. First up, in the third semi-final on Monday, in the Double Jeopardy! category Drama Club, this clue was under the $800 sign:

Kate, at the right hand lectern, rang in and correctly responded with, "What is Wicked?" (Of course, you can't actually try out to be Elphaba in your drama club yet, as the rights are still tied up with the current Broadway, San Francisco, and touring productions.) Sadly, however, she did not win the game, and did not go on to the final.

Then, the very next day, there was another Oz clue (sort of) in the first game of the final. It was the Jeopardy! round, and the category was Talkin' Tolkien. The first clue in the category, for $200, was:

Raya, at the right hand lectern, rang in first, but she didn't seem to understand the category, as she responded with, "Who is the Wizard?" The wording probably made her think of the Wizard of Oz, but he wasn't in anything J. R. R. Tolkien wrote, as far as I know. Then Kailyn, in the middle, rang in and correctly responded, "Who is Gandalf?"
Neither went on to win the game or the tournament, however.
