FINALLY!!!

I got through to the correct department at CBS, the Programming Department, and talked with a very sweet lady who asked me what the information was for ("My husband runs a Wizard of Oz website, and gets a lot of requests") and then left me on hold while she went into the files to look it up. And the definitive answer to our question?

CBS never aired "The Wizard of Oz" in the 1996-1997 season. She said it aired May 10th 1996, then the next airing was May 8th 1998.

Everybody else can stop looking now.
